Appalling service and poor comms. No responses to queries. Even trying to close my relationship with this firm has resulted in no comms. Avoid.
Having worked with Trinity Accountants for over a year now I would strongly recommend their services to any size business needing quality support. I have regular contact with the team and I feel in the loop constantly with what's happening with my accounts.

They made the whole switch process effortless, as they do everything and there is always someone available when I have any questions. The offering from Trinity is very attractive in terms of price and the idea of an accountancy firm that will be there to support you in terms of advice as well as getting XERO included in the package really seems great. I found Samantha Rollins knowledgeable and she had some interesting suggestions that were helpful for someone first setting out on a journey of setting up their own business. Unfortunately since engaging them the service has been quite poor, first of all registering the incorrect company name, then failing to reply to e-mails and now three months in without XERO and radio silence from Trinity. It's a real shame, perhaps a victim of their own success but something is most definitely rotten in the state of Denmark.
