Refused refund/replacement on overpriced cheap heater after it exploded after 1 month in tank.Instead was given beginner's talk and blamed despite my +20 years aquarium experience.And then offered to sell me better quality double the price equivalent will I get 2 months out of that 1 ?Lesson learnt don't support local fish shop.Shop online save money better choice better customer service.
