Absolutely fuming. My dog chewed my card so went into market square branch in Coventry today to withdraw, I had my passport drivers licence letter of address and my chewed bank card. Wouldn't let me withdraw 5k, told me I can only withdraw 300 pounds without my card. Card doesn't come until 18th of this month. I had a purchase agreed which I'm now going to lose out on. Absolute joke!!
