We wanted to upgrade my sons bike, we had previously visited the shop when my son wanted a frog bike which they didnt stock. Great customer service so decided we would visit them for this bike. There is no pressure on what you buy and a good range of cycles. Terry is so kind and helpful and even dropped the bike to us once it arrived in store. I would highly recommend this cycle shop, they give good advice and are extremely helpful. Thank you so much, William is very happy and cannot wait to go for a ride!

Just got my first electric bike from this great shop. Terry, the owner of the family business, was so helpful and really knew his stuff. No hard sell and excellent customer service from beginning to end. Went on my first ride today and loved it - especially having assistance up the hills! Usain the Volt!
Quick work, yet meticulous. Great customer service. Offered to tune up the bike if I notice a few loose bits over the next few cycles. Really good quality work - definitely would rather travel to Terry and colleagues and keep a great independent store ticking over.
Great customer service from Terry, as always. Purchased a bike for my daughter months ago and decided to go back to Jardine Cycles to get one for me. The reason I chose Jardine Cycles for my bike is because I knew that Terry would guide me into what sort of bike I should get once I told him what I needed it for. There was no sales pressure at all, just a friendly chat and within 15 minutes I had the perfect bike for me and my needs.
