The service is pretty good. However, the operators (e.g. National Express Coventry or Travel de Courcey). I personally would not feel safe in the toilets, as they changed the lights to dark blue, which causes tension and a lack of safety.Apart from that, it is pretty enjoyable.
station is very clean and kept quite warm, places to get food and drink, well laid out. Toilets were terrible though. Let it down.
Used this bus stop to catch national express coach. Well signed but limited seats. Clean and spacious
Well sign posted, covered bus station for local buses if not all throughout Coventry and national coaches. Clean and tidy environment plus toilets. 8/10Wheelchair accessible entrance. Very informative. Friendly and helpful staff who always go above and beyond to help. I enjoy using public transport sometimes I take my children, out and about so they understand how to use the services. Good experience.
