Unfriendly, non-caring staff who have no care or compassion for child's wellbeing by rufusing to allow a small toddler who is toilet trading use of there facility's without first making purchase by which til my son would have messed his trousers. Great customer service... Not!! !

Always pleasant service and a smile from the staff. Very clean and organised. Never dissapointed. Highly recommend this place.
