This is the first time i have used XL for my servicing and MOT's and i will most certainly use them again when i need to have any more of my company cars done. Kevin was very professional and most helpful which is so good to have these days. Job well done
A well deserved 5 stars for a great service from start to finish. Had a longannoying wait for payment from the company who damaged my car,Jessica was on the case chasing them up and keeping me informed of any progress. I now know why this company is called XL because they excel in their customer care, the workmanship and efficiency that my repair was dealt with was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this repair centre. They ensured I got my baby home for Christmas. Thank you to all the staff and a very merry Christmas to you all.
Exceptional service from start to finish. From going in to show the vehicle for quotation the staff were friendly & helpful. Received the quote very quickly & was the most competitive. Based on the service & the quote I received I went with XL to carry out the repairs to my vehicle. They booked my vehicle in very quickly & provided me with a courtesy car. The vehicle repair was completed quicker than anticipated & they offered to return the vehicle. I was amazed the car was being returned as I thought I had to collect it. This saved me a lot of time and aggravation. A very & helpful guy called Jo who delivered the vehicle made sure I was happy with everything which I was. Jo was very professional & called me prior delivery to confirm I would be in, he went above & beyond to provide excellent customer service. Overall I cant fault XL, I very rarely leave reviews unless the service provided is excellent & in this case the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company & would certainly use them again if needed. Keep up the good work.
I don't usually give reviews unless the service received has either been bloody awful or a fantastic service I'd highly recommend. XL are definitely in the latter camp and I'd like to express my great satisfaction with the service and work. Right from booking it in with Kevin, the extremely polite and very helpful front end who kept me up to date with the work carried out, through to the mechanic dealing with my car, Rich, a very competent and knowledgeable engineer who has worked on my car previously many times and I've always been very happy with the work carried out. Everyone should have a garage, a builder, a plumber and a hairdresser they can totally trust and in XL I've found the garage. Very happy customer that would highly recommend XL to anyone.
