Worse car wash I have been to. I have just had my car cleaned inside and out. Outside was fine but inside wasnt clean at all. The hoover was appalling when questioned the young guy became really rude and disrespectful and said not to shout he doesnt like women who shout I wasnt even shouting I was pointing out everything they missed. He did finally realise when I was shouting. My mats were not washed the most awful job I have seen. My interior is still dusty and dirty. He said he wouldnt have cleaned my car ever because it was so dirty yet again. He didnt even see my car when it was being cleaned. I paid 17 for nothing. I wouldnt even give 1 star.
They used an acidic solution to clean my alloys and let it soak. It stripped the lacquer off in places. The guy was quick to point out that there was something wrong with my wheels but wouldnt admit to causing the damage so I have never returned to an el cheapo wash since. I wash the car myself because I can do a better job than these guys who drop a wash mitt but continue to use it - yes they did that too. Absolutely abysmal car wash. Save your money and your paint if you enjoy your car.
Great service every time.Always a very thorough clean of my large car.The staff are always very courteous and efficient.Jimmy the owner has turned the whole complex into a more cleaner and smarter service.The waiting room is now top notch, always clean, tidy, warm and of course free tea and coffee!!
