A very respectable Dental Surgery!Easy to book an appointment, even in the week end! The staff is professional and helpful and the quality of the treatments received is well deserving of a 5-star rating. Over the past 10 years, the dentists in Bhandal surgery did not only cure my Dentophobia (an uncontrolled fear of going to the dentist) but also carried out several procedures professionally, with a smile, a gentle and mostly pain-free approach and a great care, ensuring at each step to explain me what they were doing, why and what the next step will be. Today marks the last day of my second root canal treatment and the result is Excellent again. Thank you Dr Ravi!
A late review.I had a filling with one of their dentists and asked for a certain type of filling but that was ignored by an arrogant clown who used a filling of his choice which I assume was the cheapest for the surgery even though I was paying myself.The receptionists have a face on them, unwelcoming and quite unprofessional.Also on that occasion I was listening to two nurses speaking about a dentist having it off with one of their colleagues another nurse, was wonderful and very professional to hear.Well done.

Told 3 times a referral to dental hospital was arranged for specialist restorative work, admin failed to process referral twice. Waited a year, to be referred back to Bhandal with referral failed. Then some basic restorative work carried out by dentist in house, paid on NHS band. After yet more excuses waited nearly 2 years for less than an hour's work which could've been done on day one!! Go elsewhere.
I have visited twice in 2 days to have extractions. The attention and treatment I received was second to none with the surgeons and nurses constantly making sure I was as comfortable as possible and that the discomfort I had to indure was to a minimum. Thanks for the wonderful service.
