721643 Laptop repaired over the christmas period which understandably slowed the repair time. However other than no communication about whether or not I would be covered for the repair or what was repaired until the device was returned. I found this company to be extremely helpful once I decided to phone up to ask how everything was going. I did receive relatively frequent notifications via text such as part ordered, device received etc. My only suggestion would be a more in depth explanation of the repair itself rather than waiting for the slip to arrive with the laptop.

720753 4 weeks after purchasing a high end gaming laptop from MSI, it stopped booting. Trying to get MSI to show an interest was hard work but they eventually had D&J Henry get in touch with me. These guys were great. Very pleasant on the phones. Accurate pick up time. Kept me informed all the way through the process with texts and emails. The laptop was repaired and returned in a super fast time. Great job guys.
Have to redo this review as closed a previous email account and the review was removed.A few years ago took a laptop back to Argos for repair. It was pristine and even the sales assistant commented on this.When I collected the repaired laptop I was wise enough to check it BEFORE leaving the Argos.Firstly, a screw fell out of the bottom. Then noticed on the right-hand corner that there was what looked like a portion of orange carrier bag protruding from the corner. The assistant opened the laptop to free this plastic and found it was hiding major damage to the corner of the laptop. But this service company clearly hadnt banked on me checking it before leaving Argos. After all, it wouldve then been my word against theirs. But to think that they thought that a piece of orange carrier bag WOULDN'T be noticed protruding from the corner of the cabinet beggars belief!They had also damaged the fan vents. It was in dreadful condition. So, I refused to accept it ans Argos agreed to replace it. I complained but Argos never seemed to take it seriously. Dreadful repair centre. Would never buy laptops from Argos again whilst they use this ludicrous repair centre.Tip: ALWAYS check the condition of any repaired item BEFORE leaving Argos!
If I could give this company 10 stars it would not be enough. The customer service I have received from Emma and the managing director, not to mention the repair staff, have been overwhelming. The compassion and empathy shown to me in my hour of need was outstanding. No words will ever portray my gratitude. I would definitely recommend A+++++
