This is the second time I have ordered from Blooms apart as well as popping in to pick up buttonholes. Helpful friendly service when ordering a wreath for Aunties funeral, the flowers on the day were beautiful. Would definitely use again.
Be aware unprofessional behavior .Their product description is misleading.They will embarrass you for the occasion.Firstly i ordered two balloons for the twins and they send one balloon.It can happen i guess but that was bad for the occasion which is the birth of twin babies. The first impression is very important for these occasions and they ruined it .There is more.I ordered a LARGE basket of flowers with pink and LILAC flowers and i received a Small basket with pink and white flowers.I have send them picture of the basket and they started some childish excuses.The wrote me that they can't control the size of the basket and the lilac freesias are not yet fresh in Holand or something. They blamed interflora which i guess is their provider.They also wrote that the size of the basket is standard although they sell two different sizes with different price to their site.Don't buy anything from them they will embarrass you for the occasion like they did to me.It follows the picture of the "LARGE" basket of pink and "LILAC"If you can see a LARGE Basket or LILAC flowers in this photo then i am an elephant. The balloon has diameter of 40-45CM and the basket is tiny compared to it.
