I wish I could give a minus red star. The sales man was nice but Ahfs after sales service was horrible. There were issues with the wardrobe based on wrong description of the wardrobe by AHF. They refused to address the issue and were not helpful at all. Despite buyjng wardrobes, sideboards and sofas all from them. They couldnt resolve the issue with the wardrobe. DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM. Stay away from them!!! Worst experience ever!!!
Another great experience at AHF, had an issue with the chair I purchased after 2years, and true to their word and 10 year warranty, and unable to repair they gave full a refund in the form of store credit, went back into the Coventry store to pick a replacement. Big thank you to Will, super helpfully, nothing was to much trouble, and made sure we left completely satisfied. Having picked out my new chair, highly recommended. Great Customer service, with excellent long term after sales care.
