We are very impressed with the service we received from both Mark, who dealt with our kitchen design, to everyone at Howdens in Coventry who we have come into contact with.We purchased a Balham kitchen which is new in their range and as yet not many have been fitted. It is a complicated design and somewhat difficult to fit. But Mark and his team have been very supportive and although we decided halfway through the fit that we wanted to amend the original design, they were happy to go with our decision and they took back some items and delivered new ones without any hesitation.We are very impressed with the standard of the units. The carcasses, drawers and doors are of an exceptional quality and we feel we have really had value for money.Thank you Howdens, we'll recommend you without hesitation.
could not fault howdens at all , we went to sort a replcement kitchen from them . We were met by Mark who sat us down and asked what we required . He then came out to the house measured up for the replacement kitchen. We had to go and see the plans and were asked what we required within the kitchen . At all times they were professional and helpful. Mark has gone above and beyond with his help and with all the changes has done us proud . We are now looking forward to our kitchen being delivered and cant wait to see the finished product installed. I would certainly recommend Howdens at lockhurst lanefor the professional service and time taken to ensure everything is perfect. Thank you
I went to Howden lockhurst lane on 06/08/2018 to purchase doors and skirting. I spoke to the chap on counter he took my account details. He was absolutely clueless. Whilst serving me he decided to serve another customer said he will only be two minutes. That turned out to be 20 mins. Oh sorry about that, right how can I help you I asked to see some doors and skirting. He then got one of his colleagues to show me some stock he was getting annoyed saying it wasn't his job to show me products. The guy serving on the counter should do it.I went back to the counter waited few more mins looked like Howdens staff was not bothered. They were on side talking away. Got back into my car went to wicks got all my products and opened a trade account, paid a bit extra was happy with service and great products. This branch is a waste of space there too busy, there service is rubbish they can't be bothered and warehouse staff seemed annoyed to do extra work. Sort it out Howdens the Binley branch are excellent you guys all need training again in customer service.
Absolute rubbish. Took my money when I ordered the kitchen units, then tell me half of it is not in stock. They gave me one unit which was completely the wrong size, which I took back to change, they changed it bit the new one wasn't in stock! Will never be using Howden again. And I'm doing a massive refurb that requires 12 new kitchens, fire doors, skirting architrave etc etc. But I will not be using Howden
was promised this and that never added on enough plinths or right unit then charged me for items that they missed on pricing the kitchencustomer told them that all the items charged to me were included in kitchen they said that i need to sort it and that its my fault and my customer great service "not"october deals suckthere too busy to sort problems outthey always say they will call me back then never doexcuse is there dealing with a customer ,what am i?oh yeh an old customerwell theres always benchmarx ,woodyou,wickes,b and q,wrenperhaps i will get things moving after this review
