Golly gosh what a store! Fantastic customer service from the young girls on checkouts. Only downfall is no answer from various call outs for other staff to help me with some school uniform!!! Will definitely be back again just for a chat with those lovely ladies! Thanks again...xxx
This is the sort of place you go in to by toaster and leave with 3 shopping bags full of other stuff
Good selection of clothes and household items. Variety of stuff to look and choose from. Frequently visit for children clothing. Very satisfied with what the store has to offer.Dissatisfied with staff on counters. As soon as a customer left the counter, the young girl at the counter was bad mouthing him right in front of me. What the hell was that. It felt very disrespectful and I was just thinking and what they will start talking or moan as soon as I left. I found this very very unprofessional and not acceptable behaviour at all.
Not a single member of staff to assist on the 2nd floor, that's half the entire store. If you don't mind a very poor standard of service, and not having anyone around to assist you if you need help, then you can pick up average quality products at a decent price, hence why I'm giving more than 1 star.
Good range of house and garden peaces at slightly higher price but quality and design is worth while. There's also cheaper things to be found here to that's different to most town shops
