Excellent care in the hospital, however I've had six appointments now and each occasion has taken me 30 minutes to get parked from entering the hospital estate. Private car park is always full. Would have not choosen this private hospital if id known
From the specialist to the porter's it's 5star service all the way. The after care is second to none. Highly recommend going here
Absolutely shockingly bad service!1st appointment I was sat waiting for over an hour past my appointment time. I made my 2nd appointment at a time that suited me. Recieved a letter telling me it had been brought forward 30 minutes. I rang them to explain it didn't suit me only to be told the consultant doesn't like gaps between his appointments..... who is paying who here? 3 phone calls later and no returned call as promised I'm still no closer to getting it sorted. BMI have given me the consultants secretarys number and basically told me to sort itout myself! Absolutely will not be using this hospital again.
I had a gastric sleeve at the meriden hospital, I was looked after very well always coming into your room and checking to see if iam ok, had to press the buzzer a few times and they were there in seconds, very positive stay
The level of care I received was second to none. All the staff the receptionists ,porters, nurses, and catering were absolute diamonds. The consultant I saw was brilliant hopefully I won't be going back due to the expertise I received. Thanks BMI Meriden. X
