Came for repairing pockets on trouser: fine. Wanted a small hole to be repaired on nice shirt. Got the shirt back with more damage than initially, no apologies and shirt is now unwearable. I got an idea of the level of care when I came back to the shop to retrieve the shirt, it was lying on the floor not even wrapped in plastic. Thanks, I felt like a valued customer...
