Spoke to them (in advance via email) about one of the car key button not working (its an old key!) and not being able to afford the costs of complete spare key. The kind serviceman didn't stop at that, but went beyond this, suggesting that he could repair my button for a cheap and reasonable price (saving me ). Will definitely use again, and recommend!
