We had the rudest woman serve us last night, she was very aggressive and angry and made us so uncomfortable. She was obviously in a state about something and completely took it out on us. She was so blunt and didn't even make eye contact, people like that shouldn't be in customer services ! Appalling behaviour! Worse customer experience I've ever had I'm my whole life. It was both shocking and embarrassing! If she doesn't want to be there, they should give someone else the hob plenty of people who need work nowadays!
A nice cinema and right next to a car park. The theatre was comfortable.
Staff always polite and friendly. Free parking for 4 hours is good and handy if it is raining as all under cover!! (good time to watch a film too.) seating recently redone with more space even in standard seats. Plenty of eats and treats available if you want to let the boat out. Love the big screen and 3D ones are amazing. Go on treat yourself!
The single worst cinema I've ever been in. Awfully cold, overpriced and uncomfortable seating, and always unclean around the edges. Toilets are clean yet still leave much to be desired. There's always lots of seating however it feels more as though this is just to heard more people in. Currently undergoing much needed redevelopment, I hope Odeon get their act together here.
Except screen 7 and 8 I would say its a wonderful cinematic experience.. These 2 screens the seats are not comfortable for the whole movie experice. Would say a bench would be more comfortable for those seats
