This company are so corrupt, they purposely leave certain parking spaces unmarked then book you for parking in them. Appeals are an utter waste of time, they are just out for money and ripping people off, absolutely disgusting, they should not be allowed to operate
Second time got ticket for parking in disabled parking. I have had disabled parking badge for years. Appealed first and was cancelled. Now trying to appeal second ticket and all I get is error. Please try again. I have tried 8 times now. Should be a simple process but not. RIDICULOUS
This company should be able to be marked minus stars, we have supplied all the correct info as per their request but are still refusing to cancel or charge the correct driver. I see their work address is 2 Sheriffs Orchard it should 2 B Bandits Close!! Absolutely appalling company! See you in court!!!
They need to get their act together. They have given me a parking fine, even when I have paid, during the time my parking ticket is valid!!! I have uploaded evidence weeks ago, and tried calling them multiple times, and after being on hold for over an hour, they just told me to wait. If a company is this incapable (if it can't properly read their own tickets, or answer their phones promptly), I wonder how they continue with their business without a regulator intervening. They should pay me money for the inconvenience, waste of time and agony caused! Zero stars from me!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited McDonald's with my wife and children, one of which was a newborn. We didn't realise there was parking control as this McDonald's isn't in an area with lots of shops etc. After we'd eaten and were about to leave the baby wanted feeding, not something you can control always. So my wife breastfed the baby. After a couple of weeks we received a fine from this company so I sent my appeal, their response? Please send the appeal again, why? No reason given. It was through their website so it's digital, not like it just gets lost or thrown away unless you're incompetent. They don't respond to contact and have penalised us for having a breastfeeding new born.Now after researching I can see why this company have one of the worst reviews I've ever seen. They have according to news outlets faked time stamps, disgusting.
