Excellent animal range, customer service, food and product range in general.I've been going to KBN for 4 years. As and when I require new items for my snake and her tank. Always have good stock of items, wood, beeding, food and rocks etc. Always been pleasant and helpful when I've enquired or requested help.Love going in to see my fav Cobra in the UK.Recently went in for bedding and I spotted 6 Golden Poison Dart Frogs. I've heard all about these and seen them many times on the TV. I knew from the moment I saw them I had to have them. My partner luckily agreed and we adopted half the gang. Three amigos. Ninja, Mustard and Freddy the Frog. Are now home and part of my family. Can't say enough good things about the knowledge and information I've been passed.Would highly recommend this reptile shop to all reptile keepers.
Lovely friendly staff, Always happy to talk to my children & if we are there at the right time are allowed to watch them feed the animals. They are always happy to answer any questions my two have.
Simply the best reptile shop I have ever been to, the knowledge and experience of the staff is first rate and they way they treat thier customers is commendable. I would never shop anywhere else. Keep up the good work.
They can be funny with you sometikes. But they clearly take good care of they're animals and supply good equipment and advice. They hand out great care sheets for each of their animals they sell. Good breeders. Animals look very healthy and happy. Also my snake loves the food
Really helpful and take the time to explain stuff to newbies! Got a good range of reptiles too and really care about their animals.
