BLOOD TEST: booked appointment online and saw this was one of the closest places so I went here for my blood test. I'd never been here before and most likely won't be going again. I was 4 minutes late getting to my appointment, not by choice. Yes it's best to go early or on time but people have lives, people do have emergency situations.The phlembotomist, (abbreviated to H...y), had dire customer service skills as she took me into the room. There was no greeting, just a "you're late, I'm on my lunch now, come in". Way to make someone feel unwelcome. If it was that much of a problem for her, she should have asked me to rebook and come back again. Despite genuinely apologising for being late, she just said to come into the room and made no effort to make me feel at ease, didn't ask if I was okay during or after the test, even though I was clearly uncomfortable with the process. She just said I was done and didn't even tell me what would happen to the results till I had to ask. Not once have I ever felt like this leaving a medical appointment. Thanks but wouldn't recommend to a friend!
