Refused to take pre-paid parcels from Ebay. Quoted an internal memo which I couldn't see in full. Royal Mail app wouldn't refund either so now I am out of pocket.Royal Mail confirmed every post office should take Ebay pre-paid parcels (including standard non signed for). AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
