Very poor service. Booked a spa day and night over Christmas as a gift to be told later it wasnt available and that very few dates were available or if they were going up in price significantly. Customer service was hopeless, as was offered other cheaper alternatives located nowhere near the desired hotel. A minuscule amount off was offered other potential spa days. If you do not want to be disappointed I would avoid this company.
Do not use this company, they do not care about their customers! I have received a very appalling service over the phone when I tried to redeem my gift vouchers. I got two vouchers for my birthday in November 2017 each worth 100 and found out today they are only valid for 10 months. I expected to be able to use them up till November the following year as you normally get a year to use any kind of gift voucher. The lady on the phone could not do anything for me at all witch was very disappointing and I am sure when you spend 200 with a company they always try to make some sort of arrangements even if it doesn't cover the full price. Will definitely be staying away from SpaSeekers in the future.
Would not ever use again. Booked a 2 night spa break so I could drive up after work, stay at the hotel then have a relaxing spa the following day. When I checked confirmation email found that treatments had been booked for 3pm on day of arrival, no other option apart from early morning on our day of departure. Then when phoned to cancel Spaseekers insisting on keeping 25 of the payment back as a cancellation charge. I do NOT recommend this company
I am really impressed with the service I received from Spaseekers. After days of searching for a good deal for my anniversary, I eventually just decided to call directly for prices an availability. They were really helpful in finding me a good deal also gave me prices for ensuring that I got the most of my 2 day break. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them for future breaks away 1
A friend and I used spa seekers last year and had such a wonderful experience we planned on repeating it this year only an additional friend wanted to join us. Trying to book for three of us online kept showing that we would have to have two rooms and pay as if four of us were participating. I phoned the advice line and couldnt be more impressed with the service. We now have a triple room and all at the same great value price per person as advertised. The prices and packages are certainly the best Ive found and compare very favourably with other voucher/deal sites. We will certainly be booking again in the future.
