Kerry Dunn informed me a cut off time on Sunday was at 3 o'clock, it actually means if you go at 3 they will not help you even if they were open until 4, which does not make sense. She told me to do it on the next day while the van was unloading, I called in the morning and the guy said its not possible to do that, he said I need to do the paperwork first then i can do the unloading. This is an absolute joke. In my country people work until the last minute, not open until 4 but only working till 3, then why don't you just close at 3 o'clock instead? Stupidest thing i have seen.

Based near the city centre, it is easily reached from the ring road, parking available and a good range of storage units available. Helpful staff and competitive prices. Very happy with the storage facilities and the security available.
Compared to other self storage providers access self storage has been friendly and helpful, as well excellent value for money. The option for providing your own insurance has helped significantly in our house move, and the 24 hour 7 days a week access has been an absolute life saver!!!! Highly recommend.
