Shop the size of Coventry citys football pitch with staffing levels of a corner shop. 15 minutes to buy a sandwich on a Sunday afternoon. The miserable bloke in the selling fruit and veg bit refused to scan it. Then another Asda worker said to go to him he will scan it. Huge queue at self serve. So busy no one noticed me going in the wrong way to jump the queue. Always kids with bikes being a menace in the car park too hounding customers and the shop do nothing Dump
I really do not like the self service tills. I thought there needed to be some level of training when operating the tills? The self serve were for a quick shop? Bring back trained staff to operate tills. The to-help staff are like peacocks. Only want to help if you are paying by card. Do they not want cash anymore?? What about customer service? It's a cattle yard, staffed by prima donnas. This customer will be going elsewhere. Disappointing that customer's are not valued.
The shop is fine, but the car park can be hell!!
I have just finished work and rushed to asda quickly to buy Sunday roast for tomorrow only to find the meat is very limited no beef joints at all pork joints they had a few and 2 lamb joints to feed a family of 2 same with the veg and frozen products very limited this has happened on a few occasions now since the refurbishment it seems there is no money to stock the shelves . This has put me off shopping at asda where I have always shopped and encouraged me to go elsewhere . Very disappointing asda
Saw some lovely garden furniture there that I really liked and at a great price but knew it would not fit in my car.. Spoke to a loverly lady in customer service who made a couple of phone calls and bingo the manager himself agreed to deliver them himself to my house and within an hour wow you can't get better service than that. Thank you asda can't wait to see how the store looks in a few weeks
