My wife and I first went to Earlsdon Travel in 2003 when we wanted to go to Chicago it was the first time we were going on a long haul flight and wondered if the journey would be too much but Derek assured us that by the time we got settled in and watched a couple of films we would be almost there. We had a fantastic time meeting the wife's relatives and the flight was a breeze. The second time we used Derek was when we wanted to try a cruise for the first time, we decided on Norway and left all of the arrangements with Derek again. Once again he didn't let us down, he got us a good price for the cruise and put us straight in for an upgrade on the cabin which we duly received.
