Poor service, I always have to wait for the cake to be done upon arrival. I always book the cake in advance but it is never done when i arrive at the store. This also leads to the cake falling apart when i arrive home as it hasnt had time to set in a fridge. Had the same experience twice with this store now.
One of the best cakes i've tasted most importantly the service is great I was happy with everything. The owner gave me really ideas of how I could design my cake, all the staff were very freindly and helped me with what I needed. I would definetly reccomend The cake shop Coventry to family and freinds as the cakes and service is amazing.
Bought a cake and the sponge was dry and the cake filling was too buttery and oily on the trunk. The cake outcome was not as I had ordered but I took it away anyway. The main insult was that upon eating, the cake was inedible by all guests which left my daughter shattered. There was no sweet taste. Went to the shop today and I was met with arrogance and hostility from the shop owner. I asked the shop owner to taste the cake of which he refused. While I was in the shop I was insulted by females from his community. I didn't understand their language but what they yelled at me wasn't kind at all. Overall their service for me was a hit-and-miss. Will defo never use again.

What ideas look good and what will not.There cakes are the best cakes I have ever eaten!!Cheese cakes are awesome from this place!I would definitely recommend this place to anybody!
