Good but a little more detail said to what they did!
Bought used fiesta car about 3years ago. Been very satisfied from start took out service plan at reasonable price . All the Staff were very pleasant friendly and very helpful especially Craig in sales and Sophie in servicing.. Had service just before Xmas got Offered courtesy car had update call for progress. Can't fault definitely recommend 10/10
My 2012 transit had a battery problem on the key so wouldn't start the truck anymore so went to get it fixed and Ford wanted 250 for a new key and book my truck in (costing me time and money) so it can be reprogrammed for the new key. The key apparently can't just have the battery changed so that when it does run out u need to pay ford 250 for a new one when a battery would cost a tenner at most. Anyway i found a locksmith who came out to the truck with exactly the same key as ford use, took him 5 mins and charged 100 quid all in which included the call out. Ford are a proper ripoff look elsewhere for anything ford is my advice i mean how much profit do they want to make off a key.
customer service is decent. Communication over phone could be a bit more responsive. lack of parking by parts department. other than that great stuff
I really cant say enough about the service provided here. The staff have been amazing every time I have any contact with them. There is a reason that I travel further than I need to for anything to do with my Ford vehicle. I dont think there are many places that couldn't learn from these guys!
