First time all good. Unlock van. Use the parrot Bluetooth thingy to answer the questions to remove the immobiliser and job done. Second time van had flat battery. Had to sit in and wait for the AA. They offered another van but was too small. On the contact number it's option 4 under b&q to talk to a human. In fairness to them they gave free rental free extension to the rental due to the issue. Took nearly 3 hours to sort out and 3 different staff who apparently don't talk to each other leading to doing the same thing each call. Was also hung up on twice. Final call to the most arrogant argumentative and patronising agent who accused me of wasting the first two hours of the rental. Despite it being the van that was dead it was apparently my fault we had to extend the rental. No point talking to anyone at B&Q standard answer is nothing to do with us not our problem.
