Car went in for a service - great job as usual and they did not charge me for the additonal diagnostics for the engine light. Customer support post transaction was also good as they cleared up a misunderstanding which was no fault of theirs. Furthermore a mishap occurred which caused the lower lights on the dash to stop working when they ran the diagnostics but have assured me that they will fix it for free.
I have been coming to the Green Garage since2000. The service is extremely excellent and I been served very well. The issues the garage deal with are from MOT, repairs, servicing etc. I am very pleased with the service, I always receive at this garage. The mechanics now their job and their price is reasonable.
My car had loads of scratching marks on , the lads at the garage done such a fantastic job when I picked my car up I was very impressed my car look brand new they also carried out a full service as well all done within day one. They are hardworking, friendly and honest. Highly recommended.
These guys are the real deal. They know good service and fair/reasonable prices maintain a sound and loyal customer base - so that's what they do. Sounds obvious but actually a rare commodity. Whether here at their mostly MOT centre or their sister garage in Earlsdon you're guaranteed everything a garage should be. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
