Jase and Alex run an awesome training centre. The sessions are always varied and the calisthenics training is something you just don't get anywhere else. Way, way better than a normal gym, super friendly and my fitness and strength has increased a huge amount since training here.
Best place to train in calisthenics. Sessions are really good and planned to help improve your strengths and work on your weak areas. Recommended for people of any fitness level. Trainers are very friendly, they break down any difficult exercise or routine into easy-to-learn steps. Since I started training here, I have improved a lot, which would have probably taken a lot longer if training on my own. Love this place and I am so glad I got to train here...

Having trained here for well over a year now I remain as enthusiastic about this training centre as I was in week 1. The set up is different, none of your standard machines, and this makes it a little odd at first but the support to find new ways of training is ultimately exciting. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, inspiring and challenging. The other members are motivating and accepting. I have lost weight here, learnt new things, become stronger and fitter. I honestly could not recommend this place more.
