todays circuits instructor was a textbook example of how dangerous a poorly trained and managed pt can be. he came in positively manic as if on something screaming and getting in peoples faces gnawing on a large piece of chewing gum wide eyed and just crazy literally drawing a crowd of onlookers from outside the studio. When he saw the attention he was getting he started showing off to them and the other instructors who were looking on in disbelief. it was forty five minutes that one instructor who tried to do it with us only made it through thirty minutes of before throwing in the towel. not a single rest or water break in fact he didnt mention water until five minutes before the end when people were practically collapsing. nobody had proper form he ran through the exercises all ten in rapid succession a total of maybe twenty seconds one after the other at the beginning. people were holding their shoulders and sides as if in pain within minutes of the class starting.really hope this never happens again such a disappointment so little regard for the members and their health and well-being they were absolutely an afterthought. This guy had something to prove and we were a means to that end.
Great value for money. Can be a wait to get on any machines at 5pm during the week. Generally very clean and well kept

The best ever fitness place,clean and tidy, helpful and professional staff.Good location too,although parking could be an issue sometime.I really recommend this place for your fitness goal.
Clean, tidy and has all the equipment you need, has a studio for classes, cheap and cheerful. You get what you pay for, want more then there are plenty of places that provide bit cost a lot more.
