After another jewellers ruined my engagement ring after resizing it, took it here to ask them to re-engrave it and after telling them what had happened to my ring previously they re-plated, re-polished and re-engraved the ring and had it back within a week. So helpful and they have resored my ring to its original beauty. Thank you!

Already third time receiving ring for exchange and it is rubbish, damaged and dirty. How many more times they will try to send ring in at least normal quality. Spending 700 and feels like quality is 5. Never buy anything from this place!!
