Do not go to this shop, I am still waiting for Kieran to return my engagement ring he's had for about six months.
i wanted a real silver bracelet i asked the staff for help and they sold me what appeared to be a silver bracelet. once i got home and took it out of the packet it was obvious that it was silver plated., the silver was just rubbing off in my hands. i even had it valued and it was not even worth 2. when i went back to the store the manager told me no refunds and no exchange. the staff should of told me this before i made the purchase (or state this info on the receipt) and they should of told me it was not real silver, instead they were very unhelpful, they lied to me and they also took my money knowing they were selling me things that are falsely advertised and i will never use them again or recommend them to anybody
