Sent my beats with one side not working.. paid 60 and after used them a few times they broke again.. contact them and they took no responsibility and told me if I want them fix I have to pay again :( not happy at all

sentmy headphones to be fixed, one ear was faulty, cost was good as i was quoted ridiculous by apple. sent back in quick succession and now they work perfect just like new again. thanks very much. also very good communication

Great service got my Beats Solo2 back just as good as new within two weeks 45 + 8 P&P which i thought was great considering Apple wanted 180 for the same service. Would definitely use this service again.
