A1 Gas Force have a very enthusiastic team from the call handler to the installer. They have done a very tidy installation and the new boiler has transformed our cold house into a toasty warm one. Appalling customer service. Booked an appointment, waited all day for engineer to turn up and nothing. Phoned to enquire whereabouts and no record of my booking on system. Lady confirmed my booking had verbally been made but "wasn't sure of my address" despite instructions provided. Wasted a day waiting around. Awful organisation. Avoid.
We had really a tricky boiler installation because of the way the pipework had to be diverted. I was dreading the whole process, but A1 Gas Force did a magnificent job throughout.
