Lovely place to relax, but the extra charges can be as long as your arm. If you don't have a friend(s) or a dog or stay when there is something you maybe interested in going on at the NEC you should be fine. Oh and only 10A available, so turn your heating off if you want a hot drink.

Supposed to be tranquil according to the brochures. Permanent road noise from motorway, planes taking off and landing at Birmingham airport and on top of that the noise from the next door golf club was deafening with functions on 2 nights running till mid night. Definitely not the place to go if you want peace and quiet, also the pitches are very small.
A great site. Well maintained. Golf course two minutes away. Lovely reception staff.For me personally it was a long walk to the village and back as I have arthritis, but, for the able bodied it would not pose a problem.
