I visited the car store on a busy Saturday afternoon, and was having a look at some cars, when a staff member by the name of Kiyani approached me and asked, how I was feeling and if he could support me with anything. I replied I was fine and that I was having a general look around, he then clarified that he was just a call away if I needed anything. I felt that his body language, attitude and communication skills were a true example of customer service at its best !! It was much more professional than other show rooms I had visited the same day.
Popped into store on Saturday. Was greeted almost instantly by a young lady by the name of Michelle. I was only browsing and I made that clear but I still received a wonderful service. The stock was explained to me, the selling points were explained well. AA checks and money back options. Would definitely recommend and shall return when I decide to change cars.
Came down today to look at a Nissan and ended up walking away with it. The car was great and was out ready for me and my wife to view it, I loved the car and the service was great to match it. I've been to a few places now and none of them compared to the service i had today from Cameron. Made my time worth while and would definitely recommend!

I have came in multiple times with various family members to buy different cars. I am always pleasantly welcomed by manni. Atmosphere was manic today! And this lady was very busy with numerous customers however despite being busy came out of her way to say hello and introduce herself to my family members and also assigned another person to look after us! Extremely impressed with the manners and the comfort which I am always welcomed with! Great and quick process on all 3 cars I have purchased! Would highly recommend! True credit to the store! Keep up the work car store!!!
