Avoid this Absolute scum!!! Went in with my wife and children picked a car, he went far and wide to find us finance, which we thought was great, the second we drive off he changed.... The car we chose had the mot done the day before we took it, not a single issue or advisory, which we thought was superb... After a couple of days there was a knocking, their mechanic couldn't find a single fault, went to an independent garage, who upon opening the bonnet noticed the battery wasn't even clamped in (clearly mot was false) the oil was so over full it had splashed all over the engine (due to not having the right oil cap for the car) all 4 tires were below the legal limit, and 3 of those were cracked and the one that wasn't had a slow puncture.... Again this is a man who met and spoke to my two young children and let us drive off in a death trap.... Then once the independent mechanic got into it he also found a cracked inlet hose, the dual mass flywheel was on its way out handbrake was faulty and the tracking needed doing!! The response from chana was "take it to our garage again" and once again his mechanic couldn't find a single fault.These people are absolute scum! Endangering the lives of family's and children for a little bit of profit!!! Have reported to the dvsa, trading standards and the finance ombudsman see where we go from here!Again please please avoid this place at all costs
Terrible Company!Provided a spotlessly clean MOT from the test centre they also own, that was deemed a failure by an independent garage.Advertised with 3 months cover, and continual promises of it from sales staff.Yet never fixed the faults I drove off their forecourt with.IMHO, don't risk it!
Really good car wash. Very attentive staff that do a really good job on the car. Never a massive queue and a decent area to sit and wait if there is a queue. Seems to be especially good on wheel cleanups with no marks whatsoever visible following the wash.
