Seemed great at first but just told lies. Said they'd get us a refund on the car that was cancelled but didnt so ended up paying twice. Dont trust them
Horrible: They gave me no car and did NOT refund my money!!! I booked and paid for a car. When I attended there to pick up the car, they did not give me the car. The agent there clearly said they would refund the money. But they did NOT refund my money. Even after two months of me calling and emailing them, they did NOT refund my money!!!Recently, they saw my review and sent me an email with a name and tel no. I called and was told no such a person works there! I gave them a reference number and they said they could not find my records!!! So, after so many calls and emails, I did NOT receive my refund!
Would give a zero rating if I could. Abysmal customer service, booked a van, the money was taken from my account only to be told that they couldn't provide me with the vehicle, no explanation given & then had the nerve to inform me that it would take two weeks for the money to be deposited back into my account (I eventually got my money back 3 & a half weeks later after multiple phone calls). I will never use this company again - would I recommend...........absolutely not!
Staff is very kind. We used to rent cars very often with this company and never had a problem. The service is good and there is no limit in mileage.
Great service. Rented several times and never had a single problem. They are flexible on pickups and delivery, and a few times times they upgraded my car for free. You can easily reach this place by bus from Warwick University.
