I was in the cafe yesterday and there was an older gentleman ordering some food. I have to say every member of staff deserves recognition as they were so lovely to him. It wasnt busy at this time and they took the time to talk and listen to him. Will definitely use this cafe again!

This store is huge and lots of lovely clothes and the ladies underwear is gorgeous and long lasting as well. Staff very helpful and polite. Good range of childrens clothes. Long may they continue to keep trading.
I was served twice, first was to return a jumper I was asked by Debbie if I had a receipt which I hadn't she very bluntly told me I have no choice but to have a gift receipt which I was happy about as I was the one to forget the receipt but then to be told Rudely that's why we give out gift receipts this assistant did not know my circumstances there could have been a story behind the reason I did not have a receipt she was so rude she ripped the receipt off the machine and shoved it in my hand I pleasantly took this wished her a good day and went to the food hall this time was completely different this lady was very pleasant and helpful
I like this store because the food selection especially the Xmas party food is second to none some really delicious tasty treats. The meat is always the best you'll find as well. They also sell clothing and there's a cafe upstairs as well as far as I know and the store is always clean and the staff are friendly. A really good place to shop especially for the really nice cakes, meats and treats.
