Yet again, appoIntent was for 10:30am, was still waiting at 11:30 with 3 people still ahead of me. Its ridiculous, the other GPs dont overrun as much. 10 min apppointments supposedly, she consistently does 20, 30+. All very well saying youre not rushed but it is ridiculous when youve got to get to work. Id have been better to go to A&E. Couldnt wait another hour so I now have to go back to see someone else. Another morning wasted. Would advise seeing anyone but her. Am even considering changing surgery.
Im very happy about this doctors i try call just one time and tell me i can come next day morning and helm me too much witch my problm and when i take antibioticks which i take after doctor give me im very ok thanks
Appointments are never on time. Can't remember a time I wasn't waiting atleast an hour after my appointment.
I have a pain in my right thumb, was told it was because I was fat? Common sense?
Would not recommend this surgery to anyone. The doctors are not the best, the receptionists are the most miserable rudest bunch you will ever meet and you never wait less than an hour after your appointment time.
