Appointment system is just useless. You cannot get through even if you try constantly and they run out of appointments in 20 minutes...
Never had to wait more than a couple of minutes after checking in for my appointments. Staff was nothing but sweet and helpful to me, and more than willing to answer my questions or help me with whatever I needed help with. Nurses were very patient and helpful.As contrast to other reviews speaking poorly of the staff, I had an appointment booked the same day in winter after having an entire night of migraines, no questions asked by the receptionist. Thanks to her, the following night I was resting properly.I've went to the Centre multiple times without fear that whatever my issue was, I would definitely have it solved. It's completely free and as an international student from a country where you have to pay to even have a doctor look at you; I have no complaints. Definitely a good service I would recommend to students who don't have access to a GP anywhere else.
Ridiculous service. I really doubt the profession of some of doctors. Not recommend for students of Warwick uni
Very rude staff. As an international and non-native speaker, I feel so unwelcome every time I want to book an appointment or have to deal with the receptionist there. I used to live in Southampton and people there were much nicer and friendlier. So disappointed because I thought this clinic located on Warwick Campus, they should be friendlier to non-native or international.
It's free, the people are nice. So what if I had to wait 10 or 15 minutes, they are free and busting their asses of so you can have the best treatment. I'm not from the UK, I'm from Norway where you normally have to wait longer and pay 30 pounds for ten minutes with the doctor. If you have knowledge about how the system works in the UK you would not be complaining.
