Poor online service!Unable to register for online appointments and then unable to get through in the morning for an appointment.
I am not one for writing reviews but I was visiting a friend who had had a fall last Thursday (25th Oct) and we were waiting for an ambulance. This is the reason for my review, whilst waiting the surgery phoned to check on the patient and showed great concerne and because the ambulance was quiet awhile Dr Evans check up on my freinds progress.I was so impressed by the care and tenderness that was shown. There was no stone left unturned to ensure his patient had the right treatment and felt valued and cared for. Top Marks from me.

Holbrooks health team decide to hang up when trying to book an appoinment and say they give out afternoon appoinments at 12:30. Next thing you hear five minutes after (APPOINMENTS ARE ALL BOOKED) I then decided to go to the Health Center where i found the patient area nearly empty. I hope they can make a change with there customer service and communication.Unbeliveable, the staff decide to send me home and make me call again. This lead to all ok this reapting again. The only good thing about the surgery is the doctors. Front desk staff decide to ignore calls and hang up which they know is not how to treat patients. MORE ANNOYING IS THE TIME YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOUR APPOINMENT. FRONT DESK STAFF DECIDE TO HAVE THERE LITTLE FUN CHAT DURING CALLS AND ARE VERY RUDE WHEN ASKING FOR WHEN THE NEXT APPOINMENT IS AVAILABLE!!!!!
Moved to the Holbrooks area in December 2017, and thought I'd register with Holbrooks Health Team as it's only up the road from where I live but I've had nothing but issues regarding appointments, they've been over an hour late on all my appointments and no apology or reason for why they were so late I've had enough! Think it's time to find a new practice.
