Just taken out Horsebox insurance and rescue, really happy they now use equine rescue. service was superb!! :)
Absolutely terrible customer service. Declined insurance after providing quote as was being spoken to very rudely on the phone and I asked them not too with no harsh words, they put phone down. Considering their job is very customer related I'm surprised they still have a business. I'll definitely be taking this further. I personally would avoid at all costs! So unprofessional.
