I phoned and cancel my renewal as they had put it up from 180 to 358 the t**t I spoke to said he had cancelled it, but he HAD NOT ! they still took the 358 out of my bank account Now I have to hope the guy I phoned to complained to will put it back in, after up to 10 days time.
Only insured with them for a month, cancelled as I sold my bike and I was only charged 48 cancellation fees- cheap policy and easy to deal with the company.
They are a scum. Avoid all cost. I bought a new bike and I wanted to carry on my insurance with them. They gave a quote from 260 I was paying to 1.120. Obviously you have to cancel it so they can charge you cancelation + you lose all the extras that you had paid for.
Absolutely shocking company Avoid them!
They have stolen 162.09 from my account without my permission. I never renewed with them as I'm in Spain. They do not answer my emails @ the law States you should destroy details after transactions They haven't . Now in hand with my Banks fraud dept . Return my money now . Would not use them ever again .
