Misleading advertisement. On their website it says they can insure people who are 21 years old for motor trade insurance which is false because one of their employee's said they don't and hung up on me.
Great service, quick but also detailed explanations of differences between policies. Have been using these guys for both my properties for 3 years now and will continue to do so! very impressed :-)
The advisor was knowledgeable but not pushy. He phoned and emailed me as agreed until I was ready to proceed, which was dependant upon my new tenant. I would recommend them definitely.
They left me until last day with my renewal for a trader policy and on the last minute they give me a huge price (6700 per year) and after a month they cancel my policy without any reason but they don't refund my money back. I'm acting them in court ! Don't go true them... worse company I had ever meet !
