Nice park in day time but not sure how true but I've been told to avoid at night.

Good location for the kids sports courts here to play sports and a small play area for the kids
This park is one of the worst parks I have ever visited. There are two swings that are in pretty bad shape from vandals, a climbing frame which looks like it has had it, a slide that is only any good for older children and basket ball / tennis courts. There were smashed glass bottles all over the place and rubbish scattered throughout the park. Looks like no investment has gone into this area for the local people. I only visited because we visited the Stoney Stanton road health centre and there was nowhere to park near swanswell park. What a shame for the young children and families in the local vicinity.
