Staff are really friendly, polite and helpful - I just used their Disc scratch repair service - Brilliant :)
Bought a phone of them it was faulty I had to go to them over 7 times till they agreed to replace it! They tried their best to avoid this though! I upgraded to a newer model a nd paid a little extra for an A+ rated refurbished phone, but the new phone was again faulty. Went back and they refused to accept that the phone was faulty. I took screenshots every 5 min to show that the battery percentage was keep reducing and in 1 hour a full battery went to a dead phone but the guy called me a liar! Just got out and will never go back there again! I definitely would not recommend buying phones from this place!

Popped in here at Christmas. Wanted a deal on a PS4 so picked my console and a selection of games and accessories and went to pay. The girl at the till was able to tell me about a better bundle and I got pretty much the same but for 40 cheaper. Would definitely visit again knowing theyre looking out for customer Interests and satisfaction rather than profit margin.
