Rude and arrogant staff combined with very expensive products with few offers. I was the only customer in there and was stared at by staff for the whole time. Very poor atmosphere and experience overall

I called the store and Charlotte was very helpful. She arranged for me to have a bottle of purfume put by for me to collect the next day.Am pleased with the customer service from this store.
